Energy Storage Systems - Warning Multiple Supplies Label
Used in systems incorporating energy storage systems (including batteries and inverter/chargers) with grid connected solar photovoltaic systems. To be positioned at the grid supply point and at all points of isolation.
-
Battery in installation label
Used in systems incorporating energy storage systems (including batteries and inverter/chargers) in a building. This should be fixed:
a) at the origin of the electrical installation;
b) at the metering position, if remote from the origin; and
c) at the consumer unit or distribution board to which the AC supply from the inverter is connected. -
Battery in installation - Solar PV on roof label
Used in systems incorporating energy storage systems (including batteries and inverter/chargers) with grid connected solar photovoltaic systems in a building. This should be fixed:
a) at the origin of the electrical installation;
b) at the metering position, if remote from the origin; and
c) at the consumer unit or distribution board to which the AC supply from the inverter is connected. -
Battery Area Warning Sign
Suitable for mounting on battery room walls and doors. Combines the following:
-
PV Array DC charge controller label
Charge controllers must be labelled with: 'PV array DC charge controller, Danger contains live parts during daylight'.
-
DC supply - xxV DC label
Circuit protection and all points of isolation should also be labelled with: 'DC Supply - {insert voltage} V DC'
-
Generator - Warning Automatic System label
Used in systems with inverters and diesel generators to warn about the possibility that the generator can start automatically without warning. Small label (100 W x 35 H mm) for use on control panels. Large version (210 W x 65 H mm) for use as a sign on walls/doors etc.
-
Generator - Warning Mutiple Supply label
Used in systems with multiple power supplies such as diesel generators, battery/inverter systems and wind or PV systems. To be posted at all points of isolation.
