The delivery costs for most goods are calculated at checkout. Some goods require specialised services, in these cases the cost will be listed as POA and will be confirmed when we send your order acknowledgment.

Goods are despatched Monday-Friday. Orders received before 12PM, for items in-stock, are usually despatched on the same day. Deliveries are made between 7AM-5:30PM.

Our standard parcel service is next working day to most mainland GB addresses, however some remote locations may take longer. Delivery to Northern Ireland is typically 2 working days, other offshore delivery times vary widely.

Upgraded services such as AM or Saturday deliveries are available to some locations; please contact us prior to placing the order if you have a specific requirement.

All pallet deliveries are a kerbside service, so goods may be dropped at the side of the road, and some long goods such as mounting rails cannot be unloaded on a tail lift; in these cases it is your responsibility to ensure suitable unloading equipment is available onsite.

Please ensure there is adequate access for the delivery vehicle. If access is restricted it may be possible to request a smaller vehicle for an additional charge, please contact us prior to ordering if this is required.

Failed deliveries may incur redelivery charges.

It's always great to see you, so we encourage collection whenever possible. Additionally, collections can help reduce the carbon footprint of shipping and reduces any small possibility of shipping issues or damage.

All collections are from our main office and warehouse at Upper Hill. Whenever possible we request advance knowledge of your arrival to avoid you waiting.

Please consider the following before arranging a collection:

• Please ensure orders are confirmed prior to collection to avoid disappointment and/or unnecessary wait times.
• Suitability of your vehicle - some of the products we supply can be large, fragile and/or heavy.
• It is your responsibility to load your goods - in some cases you may need another person.
• Special requirements for hazardous goods - some of the goods we supply e.g. lithium batteries may require special considerations, especially when being collected in large quantities.
• We will be as helpful as we can at our discretion - our warehouse staff can be exceptionally busy and will only assist where we decide it is safe to do so.

You are also welcome to arrange collection by courier.

If you require goods to be packed (e.g. solar panels on a pallet) there may be some costs to account for packaging materials. Some items are not kept at our main warehouse, in this case there may be a carriage cost to get the items shipped to us ready for collection.

Please check over the goods prior to signing the delivery paperwork. If any of the goods are missing or damaged you must note this when signing for them and inform us within 24 hours.

If goods are missing or damaged and are not signed as such then no claim can be made against Wind & Sun or the delivery company.

We try and reduce, reuse and recycle packaging as much as possible whilst still ensuring that all products reach their destination in good condition. We are happy to accept back any packaging for reuse or recycling.

Our pallet services do not currently offer customer tracking services.
