The Victron EasySolar-II GX combines an MPPT Solar Charge Controller, inverter/charger and control hub with display in one enclosure.

The Victron EasySolar  an all-in-one solar power solution, combining an MPPT solar charge controller, an inverter/charger and AC breakers for distribution all in one enclosure.

These are used to guarantee continuous DC power to mission critical equipment, such as an electronic engine control system. With a diode battery combiner two or more DC power sources can be used in parallel to supply the mission critical load. Failure of one source will not interrupt power to the critical load.

The Cyrix-Li-load will disengage when its control input becomes free floating. If the battery voltage recovers after disconnection (which will happen when no other loads are connected to the battery), the output of the BMS will become high and the Cyrix will reengage after 30 seconds. After 3 attempts to reengage, the Cyrix will remain disengaged until battery voltage has increased to more than 13 V (resp. 26 V or 52 V) during at least 30 seconds (which is a sign that the battery is being recharged).

The Cyrix-Li-Charge will connect a battery charger with 3 seconds delay: – if the Charge Disconnect output of the VE.Bus BMS is high, and – if it senses 13,7V (resp. 27,4V or 54,8V) or more on its battery charger connection terminal, and – if it senses 2V or more on its battery terminal (the Cyrix will remain open, if not connect to the battery).

Used for instance to connect engine starter and service batteries to allow charge from the same alternator, whilst prioritising charge to the starter battery.

Victron BlueSolar polycrystalline panels are well sized for use in battery systems, from small off-grid systems to boats, caravans, motorhomes and more.

These Victron Blue Solar Charge Controllers support a PV input with a maximum open circuit voltage of 75V or 100V respectively and have a maximum output of 20A. They work with and will automatically recognise 12V and 24V battery systems, except the VBS-MPPT100/20-48 which can be used with 12, 24 or 48V systems.
